Working in the CRM
Records
A record is one row opened up. It shows every field, plus the notes, tasks, emails and change history that belong to that contact, lead or deal. Open one by hovering a row and clicking the page icon beside its name, or by clicking a card in the Pipeline.
See it instead of reading it. Inside a record: a 2-minute guided tour on a sample board.
What's in it
- About this record (left): every column on the board, editable. Changes show in the table straight away.
- Activity: everything below, newest first, in one stream.
- Notes: write what happened on a call. Edit or delete your notes later.
- Tasks: a to-do with an optional owner, due date and time. Tasks with a due date appear on the calendar and remind their owner.
- Emails: messages sent to this person from the CRM.
- History: every change to a field: what it was, what it became, who changed it and when.
