Working in the CRM
Search, filters and saved views
Four tools sit in the board's toolbar. Search matches any cell. Filter narrows by column conditions. Columns hides what you don't need. Views saves all of it under a name so you can return in one click.

Search
Click Search and type. It matches the name and every cell as you see it: an email address, a company, a phone number, a status label or an owner's name. To search every board at once, use the search box in the top bar instead (⌘/Ctrl + K).
Filter
- 1Click Filter and pick a column, a condition and a value, for example Status is Qualified.
- 2Add more conditions to narrow further. A row must match all of them.
- 3Each active filter shows as a chip under the toolbar. Click its ✕ to remove it.
Columns
Columns lists every column with a tick box. Untick to hide; Show every column brings them all back. Hiding never deletes data.
Saved views
- 1Set up the filters, sort and hidden columns you want.
- 2Open Views, type a name (for example "My qualified leads") and save.
- 3Pick the view from Views any time to restore it. If you change things afterwards, the button says edited, and you can update the view or leave it as it was.
